South Gulf Cove is a true waterfront community with boating access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are over 55 miles of navigable canals in the community giving boat access to over 4,700 waterfront homes and home sites! All canals flow into the Interceptor Lagoon, which can be described as a large lake offering access to the Charlotte Harbor and then the Gulf of Mexico. The Community also offers seawalled and non-seawalled. All waterways in the community maintain consistent depths because of a lock system controlling water flow, to and from, the Myakka River. South Gulf Cove is a deed restricted community, however, RV and boat parking is allowed on your property.
